We'd love to hear from you: questions, bug reports, feature ideas or privacy concerns.
One address for everything: [email protected]
Support, bug reports, feature requests, privacy and data requests, press. There is no menu to work through and no ticket to open. We aim to reply within a few business days.
What to include in a bug report
Metadata problems are almost always specific to one file, so a description on its own rarely lets us reproduce anything. What helps, in rough order of usefulness:
- The camera or phone model and, if you know it, the software version.
- The file format: JPEG, PNG, HEIC, WebP or a RAW file, and where it came from.
- Which field looked wrong, and what you expected instead.
- Whether the file had been through a messaging app, a social platform or a converter first. That step alone explains most surprises.
Please do not send us the image itself unless we ask. We do not want a copy of your photo, and in most cases the field names are enough.
Privacy and data requests
Write to the address above. Because images are processed and deleted immediately and nothing is stored, there is usually no personal data of yours for us to find, export or erase. Our privacy policy sets out exactly what is and is not kept, including what changes when advertising is enabled.
Reporting something that looks wrong
If a detection result reads as misleading, or a claim on this site looks overstated, tell us. We publish the limits of what these tools can establish, and a place where we have overstated something is a defect like any other. Point at the page and quote the sentence.
